I'm sure that I have told a few in my time, mostly when I was a kid...like I didn't jump off the bunk beds thinking I could fly like superman, I just slipped.

From what I remember, the result was only a minor twist of the ankle. However, I'm sure there are better ones that that example, and know others have had similar or better ones.
