I was returning from Cedar Point, when we encountered a part of the highway that was under construction. It looked like they were constructing a large-scale, multi-level bridge. The machine they were using to accomplish this left me speechless. See picture.

One night while my grandma was in town, my brother and I decide to sneak out and hang out with our gangsta friends all night. This night was a school night and we snuck out while both my grandma and mom were watching TV downstairs. The way in which we snuck out was by jumping out of the two story . . . Read More..

I vividly remember this POS van that we used to have. I think my Dad bought it for 500 bucks.

It was such a POS that one time my Dad would tap his ashes from his cigarettes directly on the floor as well as let us spit on the floor before they put this ghetto carpet in. We only did that once. Additionally the crapper had a hole in the floor and we could see the road as we drove. It was sweet.

When it started up it was a loud shrieking noise. And one time I was chilling outside and my Dad started it up out of the blue. It scared me soo bad that I ran to the door thinking someone is doing a drive by.

I ran my kneee directly into the corner of the porch and I still have a scar to this day. I even remember having a cast on my knee and I remember ripping it apart because I itched soo bad.

In my second summer as an intern at Compuware, the pistons won the title. So they had a huge parade downtown Detroit.

It was soo packed and crowded and I recall the day was rediculously hot.

Mostly everyone from Compuware was down there because most of the employees are extremely bored with their work and managers down there (Except for File-Aid/CS, they rock). So I was bumping into people left and right at the parade.

I mostly wanted to post this memory so Dania signs up. She can give her version of the memory

Nothing really interesting happened at this race. I probably ran like crap that day. It was a race against all the local colleges in Detroit.

I remember my summer training vividly though. I did a lot of miles that summer and I remember meeting up at the Running Gear in Rochester and running up this huge dirt hill called Dutton Rd.

About this time I was soo happy I joined Cross at OU because I had soo many good times with all the people and made some great friends. I remember my first day at OU I was sitting down with all my friends and I saw a person from high school that was in the "popular crowd". I remember just laughing inside about how I made some great friends already and now she was standing here looking around for places to eat her lunch.

Another story I remember about this time was our first time trials for OU. I remember how we were supposed to run 5 miles in a race, but Coach marked it off as about a mile too long.

When Billy crossed the 3 mile . . . Read More..
