Do you remember a time when you saw an animal behave in a really smart manner?

"As a teen, we lived in Michigan. We had a beautiful rescue dog named Kiska. He was huge! He was a mix ofeverything big dog! I got him from Pine Knob where I worked. At first, mom was reluctant to let us keep him, knowing she would have to take over his keeping, but she gave in to mike and my pleading. He was such a loyal dog, and very smart. She trained him not to walk into any rooms that had white carpet. Although the back seat of my GTO was his favotite napping place and he was my best buddie, he was most protective of Jeanine. I remember once carrying her to my car and this dog nearly bit me. he did not like anyone picking her up. It is a good thing she wasn't crying, or I may not have a leg! He was the best dog we ever had and a good friend to the whole family."

They were working dogs for sheep and cattle and this dogs name was Zep and he bought her in 1934 and she lived 18 years.
